1. Who Is the Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by SkillStack ("we", "us"), operator of The Marketer's AI Skill Stack at www.tryskillstack.com.

This policy applies to personal data collected through our website and checkout process. It is written in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.
2. What Data We Collect and Why
We collect the minimum data necessary to deliver your purchase and provide support.
- Email address — collected at checkout to send your download link and any follow-up support. Legal basis: performance of contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Payment data — card number, billing name, and transaction details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number. Legal basis: performance of contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Technical data — Stripe may log your IP address and browser type as part of fraud prevention. We do not collect this data independently. Legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing fraud (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not collect your name, postal address, phone number, or any sensitive personal data (Art. 9 GDPR categories). We do not run analytics, heatmaps, or session recording tools.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver your download link immediately after payment.
- To respond to support enquiries you send to us.
- To process refund requests if applicable.
- To send important product updates (e.g. new skills added to the bundle). You can opt out of these at any time by emailing us.
We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with advertising networks or third-party marketers.
4. Third-Party Processors
We share data with the following sub-processors solely to fulfil your purchase:
- Stripe, Inc. (payment processing) — stripe.com/privacy. Stripe may process your data in the United States; transfers are covered by Stripe's Standard Contractual Clauses with the EU.
No other third parties receive your personal data.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Email address — retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide support, plus 3 years thereafter for dispute resolution purposes.
- Transaction records — retained for 10 years as required by Lithuanian accounting law (Buhalterinės apskaitos įstatymas).
After the retention period your data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject you have the following rights, which you can exercise by emailing support@tryskillstack.com. We will respond within 30 days.
